The time is NOW!

I am Wayne Bryant, and I am running as a “write-in” Candidate for Archuleta County Sheriff. Why a write-in? Well, Archuleta County Attorney Todd Weaver has advised our County Recorder to not include my name on the 2022 ballot. Weaver’s reason? For not providing a “voluntary” requirement.

I will cite CRS 30-10-501.5 as it relates to fingerprinting: for those of you whom have been around for many years, this has happened before to keep individuals off the ballot (2014). This supposed “requirement” is not only voluntary, but unconstitutional. It violates our Fourth Amendment Right. I am running for Archuleta County Sheriff to protect and uphold our Constitutional Freedoms ordained by God.

Now knowing this would happen again (to keep anyone they don’t approve of off the ballot), I presented the County Recorder a sworn affidavit stating that I have never been convicted of a felony, nor any misdemeanor. This is easy enough to verify. Any law-enforcement officer just has to look you up. With computers available in their vehicles and offices, it only takes a few seconds to verify this information.

Most importantly; I am running for Sheriff to ensure that our bravely-fought-for Freedoms are never taken away by a tyrannical government – one that has lost sight of the fact the We the People delegate limited power to them; ordained under God’s Common Law – not the states unconstitutional statues or codes!

Now, you have an idea as to why I’m being denied entry onto the ballot.

On August 4 th, 2021 I received a letter from Archuleta County Clerk and Recorder, Kristy Archuleta, denying my opt-out option. So please call your Archuleta County Board of County Commissioners – Warren Brown, Alvin Schaaf and/or Ronnie Maez – record your conversation, and let your concerns be known.

The actions and behavior expressed unlawfully here are truly, and unfortunately, tyranny.

That’s the dilemma we – as Archuleta County constituents – are facing and need to be informed of. Bill Hudson has asked me if I wanted to link our Sheriff’s campaign website link and video on The Pagosa Daily Post; the best way to do that would be to submit an “opinion and Valid Concerns” article to discuss some of our community’s thoughts, concerns and possible changes we wish to see regarding the Archuleta County Sheriff’s office overall, as well as other local issues of concern.

Of paramount importance, I would like to express is that this campaign is not about me: it’s about preserving our Constitutional Republic. There is a war which has befallen upon us in an attempt to destroy our Liberties and ”We The People” are losing. We are being divided: our families, friends, and our children. Businesses are being shut down. Jobs, careers, savings and livelihoods are being lost while we are being forced to pay into this power and wealth-transfer scheme. For example, the forced-funding and development of the new Fred Harman “Justice” and Detention Center – even though local constituents had voted it down twice! Now, local Archuleta County citizens have been granted a debt from our county representatives which has amassed over $35,000,000, (and counting), while our infrastructure is crumbling. Wow!

Our community is being over-taxed in favor of Special Interests and to our detriment. This well-orchestrated agenda has been in the making for many, many years.

Our Archuleta County elected officials – starting with the 6th Judicial Court, the Sheriff, BoCC, Town Council, our School Board, and especially the San Juan Basin Public Health District – have all been accomplices, whether knowingly or not, toward this end. They all swore an oath to GOD to preserve and protect our God-Ordained Constitutional Rights. They have disobeyed their oaths (sworn to God) after they entered office.

Folks, our community is in desperate need of change.

To bring back Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness, let’s remember that We the People delegate limited powers to those we elect, and they are our public servants, not leaders. It is time we relegate and get back to what this great country was founded on – Freedom! That means, as a concerned law-abiding citizen, you have a duty to get up and get involved: take back our Schools Boards, our Administrative positions, run for any available office. Please be aware, a Board of County Commissioner’s seat is up next year – the time to act is now.

Now you’re starting to get the picture as to why I’m not being allowed on the ballot. We are “AMERICANS AGAINST FRAUD AND CORRUPTION”

( AmericansAgainstFraudAndCorruption.com), because again, it’s not about me; it’s about all of us finally standing up to preserving our Constitutional Republic. Many of us are now being called up (across the country) to join God’s army to take back our FREEDOMS bestowed by Him – It’s time to stand up.

These past years have opened many of our eyes to the areas that need to be improved, such as the ballot process here in Archuleta County.

Thank you for reading this up to now: that tells me you are concerned as well. We must have Freedom for all Americans. The Constitution is very clear in stating “LIFE, LIBERTY AND THE PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS” and that “ALL MEN ARE CREATED EQUAL”. I, and many others, will no longer sit back and see our great nation be destroyed!

Galatians 5:1: Stand fast, therefore, in the liberty wherewith Christ hath made us free, and be not entangled again with the yoke of bondage.

What will I do when I am elected?

FIRST:

We must take back our county and return it to “WE THE PEOPLE”. Our elected officials and judges have violated (at will) their Oaths-of-Office. They must be held accountable for this violation of our sacred trust we placed on them as they have not been representing us. What most of them have engaged in is is tyranny, plain and simple, and it must be rooted out.

We will organize Grand Juries (so be ready to sign up to volunteer) and appoint Constitutional Referees (not BAR Judges) so that “We The People” can regain control of our judicial system. In order to accomplish this task, we will deputize every able-bodied man and woman in Archuleta County. We will peacefully take back our right to rule ourselves. Jefferson commanded us to do just this – as free Americans!

SECOND:

We are all losing our Freedoms. Our County, State and Federal Governments have all been usurped by special-interests like big pharma, banking, oil, etc.; I could go on, but you get my point. We have all but lost our right to govern ourselves. You know this deep down too. For example, we can no longer trust the foundation of our Republic: our sacred right to vote! We need you to become poll-watchers. The mail-in ballot systems has become totally corrupt. We all need to be there to ensure this doesn’t happen again. This is an important task if we are to ensure honesty and integrity in our elections.

THIRD:

We will no longer allow, or comply with, unconstitutional mandates. Mandates are voluntary – please, look it up! We need to get our community back to work without any restrictions, get our children back in schools for their education, well-being and overall development. Both parental and community involvement for children is paramount.

Bill, you and I both know there is so much more; however, we need to start with what we can do immediately. This change from willful public ignorance in allowing our representatives to engage in corruption to an America that respects the foundations of our Country isn’t going to be easy. There will be great resistance. We have to trust in Him – as well as entrusting ourselves with the understanding that “We the People” have the power to make the moves we need to prevail.

To my fellow friends and neighbors in Archuleta County: my name is Wayne Bryant, and as your Sheriff, I will uphold my oath in preserving and protecting your Freedoms. I will hold sacred the Freedoms that have been secured by those before us, and granted by God.

About Wayne

I believe this is the section where I’m suppose to tell you something about myself.

I was born in Nogales, Arizona in 1953. A small border town of about five thousand people. My family had a homestead outside of town where I grew up. We raised cattle (Charolais) and had a small mining claim. As a boy growing up in a Hispanic culture we believed in God and had traditional Spanish values. We also believed and were thankful to be in America the land of the free where if you set your mind to it you could (if you worked and studied hard enough) become anything you set your mind to. These values have never left me. We moved up to Tucson in the mid-sixties. Where I attended a magnet elementary school for the University of Arizona. We were sending (that we made ourselves) rockets up, building solar evens (we cooked our lunches in them) it was amazing. Being able to explore our imaginations. I build a seismograph in the sixth grade. It was exciting. I was considered a below average student back then. WOW, how times have changed. What has happened to us in just two generations? I’ve watched our society decline; our children have become numbers forced to adhere to a revenue agenda that have dumbed down America. We are becoming slaves to the state, willingly. I was fortunate, like so many of us that grew up in the 50ths, 60ths and 70ths. We believed anything and everything was possible. I held on to these values and beliefs throughout my life and made something of myself. I have never stopped believing. This is why I’m seeking the office of Sheriff. We must stop this run-a-way train toward socialism and the Sheriff’s sworn duty is to protect our Freedoms, Liberties and happiness. Over these last, well since the Kennedy assassination we have all witnessed a chipping away of our Constitutional Rights as our government has been slowly and methodically been comprised. Now or backs are against the wall. It’s time to stand up and take it back. As your Sheriff I make this pledge to you now to do just that. God ordained these freedoms and rights to all of us and my job is to protect them, period. We can no longer sit back and become sub-servant to this global agenda. The time is now for all of us to stand up and fight back. So stand up with me, together we can take our Country back one County at a time.
