Let’s begin with a very important part of history that we are still not being told, that is controlling our lives to this day.
Back when the America’s were being colonized, chartered companies sponsored them. The Virginia Co. was one of them, around 1604. This particular (one of several) Charter was founded by King James 1st. Along, with other investors of nobility. The idea was to reap profits exploited from the colonialists. Eventually the King backed out on paper because of staggering losses due to fraud and corruption.
As a footnote: In 1615 the charter was rewritten to allow for slaves and indentures servants to be owned and sold with the land. It was in Virginia that slavery began and it became a Hugh industry. It was the British, Dutch, Portuguese anyone who could profit! So the Virginia Company started profiting again.
Another footnote: The Virginia Co. changes its name to “UNITED STATES” IN 1812.
However, as the company continued to lose revenues (again) due to corruption (Sound familiar) they changed their charter again. This time, allowing investors from the lower classes. But, the King still held the charter and controlled 51+% of the stock.
Because of this more and more average people brought in. Now more and more voices were being heard. As more and more voices were speaking out a General Assembly was organized. This was the beginning frame work of what was to eventually become our American Revolution 150 (+ or -) years later. Now, I understand that during this time is when our system of justice was established
It could have been as early as 1604 or earlier. Like the Hudson Bay Company and others. The criminal courts on the lands were to be operated under Admiralty Law, the law of the sea and the civil courts under common law, the law of the land. This is important because that’s exactly how it’s operating today! With the huge exception that civil is now under statutory regulations.
Now fast forward to the beginning of our revolution, remember to follow the money. London is the bank for the Vatican. So as the uprising in American became more of a threat to the Crown and after the American Revolution succeeded. The company survived very much intact, alive and still profiting.
In 1781- 1787 The Articles of Confederation were passed. This was our original Constitution; it was based on God’s Common Law, the 10 commandants. However, it did not mention laws of commerce intentually. Because of fears already demonstrated by the ruling party, the Tories (bankers, traders and merchants) that still supporting the King!
In 1789, The Articles of Confederation were replaced. The Declaration of Independence and the Constitution of the United States we passed and that now included commerce.
In 1791 the first 10 amendments’ to the Constitution were added with two pending and the 13th being discussed. We know them as the United States Bill of Rights today. The 13thaddresses nobility and titles.
The 13th amendment was an important concern (for decades. Eventually building up to our revolution, and what needed to be written into what would eventually become our Articles of Confederation, Constitution and Bill of Right . This would insure and maintain our equality and freedoms) because it determined how our new nation would be governed.
Consider some evidence of historical significance: First “titles of nobility were prohibited in both Article VI of the Articles of Confederation in 1781 and in Article I, sections 9, last paragraph of the Constitution of the United Stated in 1789!
This wasn’t no a small concern. This was done to keep from us from returning to servitude. The only way they could.
However, the British then invaded the United States of America in1812. They lost the land battle but, controlled the seas. It was during this time that the Virginia Co.just changed its name to ‘UNITED STATES”. Remember this because it comes back in 1871.
In March 12, 1819 the thirteenth amendment finally was ratified into the Bill of Rights. Virginia was the last state to do this, not surprising? This amendment which reads:
If any citizen of the United States shall accept, claim, receive or retain any title of nobility or honor, shall without the consent of the Congress, accept and retain any present, pension, office, or emolument of any kind whatever from any Emperor, King,Prince, or foreign Power, such person shall cease to be a citizen of the United States, and shall be incapable of holding any office of trust or profit under them, or either of them. It’s alsostated In Article I, Section 9, last paragraph of the Constitution, reaffirms this.
Somewhere prior to 1861 there was (of course)dissension in Congress with the Tories’, yup still supporting the King. Who wanted the 13th to be deleted altogether! Remember, who still controlled the money and trade? Lincoln (esquire /attorney) is elected that same year? Ten days late the south seceded. The South that stood up and fought not to change the Constitution lost the legislative battle. The South then (in protest) gets up and leaves the Congress. There we also other reasons for leaving taxes and tariffs. Marshall Law is declared by Lincoln. 2yrs later the 13th Amendment is changed and becomes the “Emancipation Proclamation” dealing with slavery is signed into law by President Abraham Lincoln in January of 1863. There is still to this day some confusion as to whether it was ratified by the number of states needed to ratify it. Remember, Lincoln never recognized the southern states leaving. Thereby, maintaining the original number of states needed to ratify, that had to vote. There just weren’t enough states to ratify it. So Congress just illegal changed the original language. This was the bate and switch under Marshall Law. Lincoln essentially becomes a dictator and slavery is the cover story. So who wrote the history/lies we are told today?
1871 The Constitution which was still under Common Law was re-written (Still under Marshall law!).Our nation then becomes the UNITED STATES. Remember that chartered Virginia Company (controlled by the king) changing its name in 1812. This is when our return to enslavement /servitudebegan! Our nation begins to be governed now by Unconstitutional statutory laws and laws of commerce, which are all maritime laws.
In 1876 the original 13th amendment just somehow disappeared from the record. However, It has resurfaced in Colorado’s, Connecticut’s, Maine’s, Kansas, Wyoming along with many other states original Constitutions.
1913 we formally turned over our monetary system’s of control to a private corporation called the Federal Reserve. Isn’t the IRS an arm of the FED? Taxation without representation? Starting to get the picture?
The rest is pretty clear. We have been lied to, exploited, and enslaved again. We have done this voluntary like sheep to the slaughter.
There are over 80million laws/statutes/codes and precedents on the books nationwide. We have become a police state. Look to what has happened to Mr. Manszanaras over a supposed parking ticked and the officers are rewarded with a paid vacation and no wrong doing? While my opponent touts statutory laws as his experience? Never has he mentioned (up to this publication) the Constitution or our rights or even God. I would have fired them both (deputies) and had them brought before a Common Law grand jury. Let “We the People” decide their punishment! If he’s elected we will see even more crack downs on liberty as he promotes FEMA for our safety, really? O.K. I got so beach front property in Arizona.
I know this is long. But it needs to be a part of our conservation! This is a critical part of us taking back our Constitutional Republic. This “KNOWLEDGE” gives us, yes us “WE The People” the tools we need to regain control from the corruption and fraud being perpetrated upon us! IT’S A CORPORATION they have no rights to govern us. We’ve have been fooled since 1871. My grandfather would tell me this, since I always wanted to know as muchabout history as I could. “You never know where you’re going, till you know where you’ve been”. It’s so true. Our history is full of lies designed to divert us from the truth.
This is our last chance. Most of you know and feel it coming. No matter our differences we must fight to get us back Our Constitutional Republic under Common Law (Life, Liberty, Property and the pursuit of happiness). As our founders so bravely fought for and many lost their lives for this ordained new concept know as FREEDOM! Think of this, since our Founding Fathers stood up and rebelled against the most powerful Army and Navy in the world. Do you think they would just give up profits so easily? They wanted to be free from slavery, from one form or another. This is and has been the Corporations ultimate goal to being us back to economic and legislative control using fear as their tools. Its all-around, you’d have to be blind not to see it engulfing us day by day.
Galatians 5:1 Stand fast therefore in the liberty by which Christ has made us free, and do not be entangled again with a yoke of bondage.
So, as I said in my video “I’m standing up will you? Start getting involved. Be a poll watcher. The mail-in ballots are the most comprised. We need to insure our election process is fair and honest. The incumbents are the problem. We need to unseat them.
